TAC-PAC is the Political Action Committee (PAC) established by the Tennessee Appraiser Coalition to support candidates for the Tennessee State Legislature.  This is critical for the initiatives needed to promote and protect the appraisal profession in Tennessee.  The support of legislative members in 2017 was instrumental in helping assure passage of the Appraiser Statute of Limitations Law (HB 376 / SB 279) that took effect on 07/01/2017.

Campaign contribution limits are $1500 per person, $3000 per couple, $1500 for LLCs & $7800 for PACs. Corporations contributing more than $1,000 in the aggregate to candidates in a calendar year must register with the state as a PAC and file campaign financial disclosure reports.
